Anyone who shares the vision of collective progress, transparency, and member empowerment can join, as long as they complete the registration and verification process.

Members contribute minimum of 1000 naira every month. This money is pooled to fund housing projects, investments, and member support programs.

Members enjoy access to cheap housing plans, business support, shared profits, emergency financial help, and community protection from predatory capitalist systems.

The cooperative is against exploitative capitalism. It promotes fairness, equality, shared ownership, and decentralised leadership so power is not concentrated in one person’s hand.
